Use of this Shop:
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Shop under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By purchasing an artwork on this Shop page, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.

All artworks belong exclusively to Iluka Design. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit any of the artworks without Iluka Design’s prior written consent.

You will be solely responsible for all access to this site by the password and identification originally assigned to you. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of your assigned password and identification. Please notify Iluka Design of any unauthorised use of your password or identification or any other security breach. You must take your own precautions to ensure that accessing the Iluka Design website does not expose you to risk of viruses, or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system. We take no responsibility for any such damage which may arise in connection with your use of the Iluka Design website.

We aim to deliver all products in a timely manner, however sometimes factors outside our control may cause a delay with the artwork delivery. Iluka Design does not accept any liability for loss suffered by anyone as a result of any delays.
Iluka Design will not deliver any artworks to a PO box address. Illuka is not responsible for any lost items while in transit however they will provide you with a tracking number which you can follow up with the delivery service. You may request registered post for an additional cost.

Postage and Handling:
Although every effort is made to ensure the protection of your artworks with proper care taken in packing, Iluka Design is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred through transportation by either Australia Post or our elected Courier company. You will be required to follow up with them and request compensation. Iluka Design can however offer insurance at an additional cost.

Purchasing Products:
Commissioned artworks required a 50% deposit to confirm purchase. Full payment on commissioned items must be purchased upon completion. Artworks that are purchased via the on-line shop must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

No refunds are available on purchased artworks via the store. If you decide to cancel a commissioned artworks after giving a 50% deposit this is also non-refundable.
